Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging intact.
Returns will be accepted only after prior approval from our customer care team.
⚠ Custom-made, bespoke, and personalised pieces are strictly non-returnable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs.
DCOST will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Important Notes
Natural variations in stones, textures, and finishes are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged.
