Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • Returns will be accepted only after prior approval from our customer care team.
⚠ Custom-made, bespoke, and personalised pieces are strictly non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs.
  • DCOST will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Important Notes

  • Natural variations in stones, textures, and finishes are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged.
